It automatically gets updated with 'latest news and updates for your favorite sites/Blogs'. Cool?
All you have to do get the 'RSS feed' link of your fav blog, add it in your Google Reader and say subscribe.
Done.
Now you can see all your Fav blogs/sites @ one place!!
